Chris ensures all designs and brand guidelines are followed while attending to the complex issues involved in graphics and web design. Chris has been working at Saltmedia since 2015. He is essential to our visual planning and designing logos, visual brands, print media, books, websites, and more! Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a major in graphic design from VIU. (He was the first student in 10 years to pull this off and insists this is where his grey hair came from.)
Chris has a wealth of experience in retail management and is one of the friendliest designers you will ever work with! He appreciates direct and honest feedback on all his designs and works hard to truly deliver designs that each client loves.
In 2024, Chris finished his Google User Experience Design certification – just another way he’s keeping up with the changing demands of the business.
Babe is a highly skilled graphic designer with over 30 years of experience in the marketing and design industries. After completing an art degree from Grande Prairie Regional College (which required moving to Kamloops to take the Digital Art & Design component at the University College of the Cariboo), she began her career in print and design before joining the Saltmedia team in 2024.
With a strong background in print design, production, and large-format printing, Babe has honed her skills in leading design departments and managing complex projects. Her strengths include time management, problem-solving, and adapting quickly to new challenges.
Carmen has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) ® with the Project Management Institute (PMI). She’s responsible for keeping our projects moving smoothly and finishing on time and within budget.
She also takes care of all our in-house writing needs and handles any client writing as part of our web development and marketing packages. Although her base is in the Okanagan, the magic of technology means we’re always connected (virtually).
Originally from Welland, Ontario, Lance has lived in Grande Prairie since 2013. With a diploma in Computer Systems and Information Technology from Northwestern Polytechnic, his expertise spans programming languages like HTML, JavaScript, C++, and Python, accompanied by a keen interest in design.
Life outside work is busy for Lance. He and his wife Danica have two children and (rumour has it) a cat or two. He also enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends and family.
We appreciate Lance's friendliness, innovation, and dedication to our team. His unique combination of technical skills, creativity, and family values is a perfect match for our collaborative environment.

At its heart, our business is about people—the people in our office, our customers as individuals, and the community of people that surround us. So, we can’t just operate in a vacuum. Instead, we’re always trying to look at the bigger picture and make things better.
