100+ Websites Later, Saltmedia Has a Lot to Celebrate!

September 23, 2016

Six years ago, we had a vision for a company that would offer website design services that were a cut above - solutions that were perfectly tailored to meet the unique online needs of businesses, organizations and individuals both now and in the future.

From our home-based office, we had the pleasure of working with many different people, charitable organizations and businesses from a wide variety of industries, providing the graphic design and website services they needed to create powerful online presences.

Fast-forward to 2016 and Saltmedia has grown from that home-based Grande Prairie website design firm to a multi-faceted team of experts who now work their magic from our new office at #101 10418 99th Avenue.

We are thrilled to announce that we'll be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at our new office, along with our 'brother' company, IT Horizons, on October 7th from 5 to 6 pm. Yes, that's right, Saltmedia has a brother! But our new digs and partnering with IT Horizons to provide a one-stop-solution for businesses' technology needs are just two of the many milestones we'll be celebrating on the 7th of October. A lot has happened since 2010!

Over 100 Websites Built & 100s of Online Successes

We've had the sheer pleasure of helping hundreds of businesses succeed online, in one capacity or several, and have built more than 100 websites. We love the internet and all of the possibilities and opportunities that it presents for businesses of all sizes. We use our web expertise to create cutting-edge yet easy-to-use websites that employ mobile-friendly, responsive design using Joomla and WordPress.

In 2013, we incorporated Saltmedia!

5 Years with the Chamber of Commerce

At the office ribbon cutting ceremony on the 7th, we'll also be celebrating 5 years as a member of the Grande Prairie and District Chamber of Commerce.

Expanding Our Offering

In a continuing effort to offer our clients the best possible solutions for their online needs, we've rounded out our team to include frontend and backend developers, graphic designers, a project manager, an SEO expert and content writer. We're equipped to design a stunning, robust website that's easily found in search engines like Google, and ready to go to work for you.

Our staff has also taken steps to ensure our awesome client care and communication are always top notch. With an easy to access office that's complete with a boardroom for presentations and training, and new phone systems that offer a reliable, high quality mode of communication, we can ensure nothing but a totally positive experience from the beginning of the website design process to its completion.

2015 - A Big Year for Saltmedia

Last year was marked with a lot of incredible achievements for Saltmedia. Not only did we team up with IT Horizons to offer the ultimate solution for businesses' technology needs, but we also received 3 awards and were nominated for an Alberta award. We're still trying to come down from all the excitement!

Supporting Our Community

Saltmedia has been committed to giving back to our community, by supporting organizations that do a world of good for the area in which we live and work. Since 2013, we have donated gifts in kind valued at more than $15,000.

We are extremely humbled by the support we've received from our community and by the mutually rewarding relationships we've built with people and companies since we started Saltmedia. We look forward to helping more individuals and organizations succeed online in the future! We also look forward to seeing you at our new office!
